We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, and the IP address of the device you use.
• Commercial / inquiry information — the answers you give in our quizzes and forms (for example timeline, property goals, whether you own today), and which guides or trainings you request.
• Internet activity — pages viewed, referring source, marketing campaign parameters, and interactions with our videos and emails, collected through cookies and analytics or advertising pixels.
• Consent records — whether you checked the contact-consent box, when, the exact wording shown to you, and the page you were on.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we don't ask for Social Security numbers or credit information on this site.

To deliver the guide, training or quiz result you asked for; to contact you about your inquiry (including by phone, text and email where you gave consent); to improve our content and measure our marketing; and to comply with legal obligations.

If you submit a form, we may share your information with a licensed mortgage professional or partner so they can respond to your inquiry. Bay Area Blueprint is not itself making a credit decision.

We also share information with service providers who work on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, messaging, scheduling, video hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. Some advertising and analytics cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out through Your Privacy Choices.

If you are a California resident, the categories above are our notice of collection at or before the point of collection. Subject to verification and legal exceptions, you have the right to:

• know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Submit any of these requests through Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We log every request with a timestamp and respond within the timeframes required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
